Blue tea is brewed using the dried or fresh flowers of the Butterfly Pea bush. You can drink it hot or iced and add lemon juice or other juices up to your liking. The flavour of Blue Tea is woody and earthy.

Adding some lemon juice or other acidic liquid and the tea changes color to purple.
